Newly transplanted trees face a variety of issues as they begin to root in new soil, and the homeowner is left to contend with nature’s own pace in terms of yielding big successful trees in the landscape. A growth inhibitor can slow the apical growth (of the tree tops that get in the way of a certain view, for example), while simultaneously stimulate root development and thereby enhancing the overall health of the tree.
